The Nokia N900 needs to DEHUNGERIZE!
8 hours is all I can squeeze of the N900. This is with the 3G radio turned off all day, no push email, no wifi, no bluetooth, no gps, screen turned all the way down. Something has gotta give or this will be the most expensive paperweight I carry everyday. Anyone have any other tips to improve battery life?

for me: latest firmware (pr 1.1 i think)
gps off, network location off (Ovimaps will give you option to to enable them when you start it up anyway)
autorefreshing widgets set to manual update, mail for exchange- manual;
set Availability (IM) to off when not needed and/or offline
always on 2G network, as i rely on wifi for browsing anyway, 3g internet drains batt way too fast
that did it for me and i was able to squeeze near 24 hrs with medium usage
and also, just in case you're hitting the wifi bug, reboot after using wifi
p.s. excited about that android dualboot...thanks for sharing
